Inuuvik to Tuktuuyaqtuuq Highway Opens

The Inuuvik-Tuktuuyaqtuuq Highway (ITH) officially opens on November 15, 2017. The first all-weather road to Canada's Arctic coast, it stretches 138 km and links Tuktuuyaqtuuq to Inuuvik and the Dempster Highway.
