Inuvialuit Sign Agreement In Principle

Inuvialuit sign a Self-Government Agreement-in-Principle with the Government of Canada and the Government of the Northwest Territories. The AIP describes the jurisdictions and authorities of the future Inuvialuit Government, which will give Inuvialuit more decision-making powers.
